Our Team of Federal Workers Compensation Experts

At Federal Injury Centers of Dayton, we pride ourselves on the close collaboration between our medical doctor, physician assistant, and physical therapy team. By working hand-in-hand, our providers ensure every patient receives coordinated, comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. This strong partnership allows us to streamline treatment, improve outcomes, and give patients the confidence that their health is our top priority.

Our administrative and front office team plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. Tom and Laura Giampa provide leadership and oversight, while Clinic Manager Alicia Dulan keeps daily operations running smoothly. At the front desk, Raven Simmons and Jacob Scherer greet patients and coordinate scheduling, working closely with our Case Manager, Diana, to make sure every patient’s intake, paperwork, and case documentation are completed accurately and on time. Together, this team ensures that patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
